All students are eligible for admission to VJS if it is believed that the school can meet their particular needs. VJS does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, colour, or gender and seeks to accept all qualified students who apply. Placement in all classes will be made by the Principal on the basis of the child’s previous educational record, the assessment of the school, and age.
- Every candidate for admission must be introduced in person by the parents.
- Admission is restricted by certain policies of the management and by conditions of age, ability, and conduct. Special consideration in matters of admission is given to students of the Catholic community.
- Requirements for KG and Grade I admission include submitting copies of the Birth certificate and Aadhaar. The school authorities reserve the right to refuse admission to a pupil without assigning any reason.

- a.Whose diligence or progress in studies is constantly unsatisfactory.
- b.Whose conduct is harmful to other students.
- C.Whose parents have little interest in the progress of their ward.
- Students seeking admission from other states or countries should produce transfer certificates countersigned by competent educational authorities/embassies of the state or country.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded, even if the pupil leaves for any reason. Notice of withdrawal must be given in writing at least one week in advance.
- Transfer certificates will be issued only after all dues are cleared, and all books are returned to the library.
